Return & Refund Policy

Refunds and Returns

Refund policy is only available on items that are factory faults or lost orders. If the product is the wrong size, return your item and swap it for the same item in a different size. You will be responsible for the cost of the shipping back to our warehouse. Return the product to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, in its original condition together with proof of purchase. Original condition means the item hasn’t been opened or used, still in its original packing and accessories are included. However, no delivery charges will be refunded.

If you believe the product you have purchased is a warranty claim, return the product to us, with a copy of the receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will send it immediately to the manufacturer for assessment. The decision as to whether the product is repaired or replaced under warranty is at the discretion of the manufacturer.


Delivery Information

In most cases orders are sent using Australia Post/Star Track. A shipping notification email will be sent as well as an Australia Post/StarTrack tracking number. This amount will be added to the total of your order. However, depending on the weight of the order there may be an extra charge. You will see the total freight charge in the checkout section of your order before checking out. If the order is particularly heavy or bulky or is going to a remote area we will contact you to advise of any further charges.


Australia Post/Star Track delivery times for orders within Australia should be anywhere between 3 to 7 days. However, if you live in a particularly remote area, please allow 10 days. Very occasionally there might be a slight delay. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact us.

 

Cancellation Information

You can cancel your order within 6 hours after placing an order. There is no cancel option for customers after 6 hours.
