Australia Post/Star Track delivery times for orders within Australia should be anywhere between 3 to 7 days. However, if you live in a particularly remote area, please allow 10 days. Very occasionally there might be a slight delay. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact us.

Refund policy is only available on items that are factory faults or lost orders. If the product is the wrong size, return your item and swap it for the same item in a different size. * You will be responsible for the cost of the shipping back to our warehouse. * Return the product to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, in its original condition together with proof of purchase. * Original condition means the item hasn’t been opened or used, still in its original packing and accessories are included. * No delivery charges will be refunded.
